Suggested use
Initial (first serving) Directions: Start by taking 1 softgel to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.
Directions For Regular Use: Take 2 softgels once or twice per day with meals. Consume with at least 6 ounces of water. Take this product daily for overall health. Orange OxiMega Fish Oil™ should be used in conjunction with other Controlled Labs products, with an adequate amount of water per day, and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, citrus flavor, gelatin, glycerin and water.
Contains: Fish (anchovy, sardine and mackerel).
Allergen Warning: Manufactured on equipment which processes products containing milk, egg, wheat, soybeans, shellfish, fish oil, tree nuts, and peanuts.
